The company doesn't have an affiliate marketing program…..

I’m starting off and I found a really good niche that I have a lot of passion for and I just found out that the herb I want to affiliate does not have a affiliate marketing program. However, I found the herb on Amazon.com, if I sign up in their affiliate marketing program can I just sell anything on my website?? because the herb company does not have an affiliate marketing program. I’m so new in the affiliate marketing world, I just need help in this area, please help me ) Thank you so much! )
